At Pearl Palace Hotels, we are sincerely committed to providing a Safe Environment to our Guests.

To this end, we have consulted experts on Hygiene and Food Safety to find & deploy the most effective products that will ensure Complete Sanitisation at our hotels. Our cleaning standards & processes have been further strengthened to align with the necessary protocols for defeating infections. We will actively monitor and evolve our processes to ensure a continued focus on the Health and Safety of our guests and associates.

Health & Safety :

Contactless temperature checks of our guests & staff
Easy access to medical care through our doctor-on-call service
Usage of face masks by all our employees & associates
Monitoring health of our staff through check-ups
Intensive training of all our employees on the necessary cleanliness & safety protocols

Public Spaces :

Use of Microgen D-125 (medical grade disinfectant) through a ULV fogging machine to sanitise the environment.
Installation of Hand sanitiser dispensers throughout our premises
Usage of Microgen D 256 (medical grade disinfectant) in wet mops & surface cleaning throughout the premises
Sanitisation of all electrical touch points (such as switches, remotes etc.) with the use of Microgen Microkleen (medical grade disinfectant)

Guest Rooms :

Use of Microgen D-125 (sanitisation agent for medical ICUs) through a ULV fogging machine to sanitise guest rooms
Usage of Microgen D 256 (medical grade disinfectant) in wet mops & surface cleaning throughout the premises
Sanitisation of all electrical touch points (such as switches, remotes etc.) with the use of Microgen Microkleen (medical grade disinfectant)
Physical seal of guest rooms after thorough cleaning & sanitisation; to be broken only by the guest to ensure a non-contaminated & sanitary environment
Availability of face masks, hand sanitiser & disinfectant wipes

Social Distancing :

Operations at reduced occupancy at our hotels to avoid crowding
Increased distancing between tables in our dining areas to avoid close proximity

Food & Beverages :

Sanitisation of all cutlery & crockery with Diversey Suma Tab D4 (chlorine disinfectant for food contact surfaces & fresh produce)
Sanitisation of fresh produce with Diversey Suma Tab D4
Stringent cleanliness protocols followed with increased frequency within our kitchen area
Usage of face masks by our staff
Sanitisation of all surfaces, touch points & the environment with the above-mentioned disinfectants & fogging machine
